1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. Contest open only to legal residents of Minnesota who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Exclusions apply.

2. Contest Period:
Entries will be accepted starting June 6, 2025 at 5:00 PM CDT and ending June 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM CDT.

3. How to Enter:
Participants must post an original photo they have taken of their favorite food on Facebook or Instagram and tag @Busch/LawrenceGroup. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be original, non-offensive, and comply with Facebook and Instagram terms of service.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Mail a printed photo of your favorite food, your full name, address, phone number, and email address to:
Day Off Contest Entry, 110 East Liberty Street, Mankato, MN 56001. Entry must be received by June 20, 2025.

4. Prize Description:
Two (2) winners will receive a one-day food-themed trip on July 8, 2025, including round-trip airfare from Minneapolis/St. Paul airport, select meals, and planned activities with the Busch Lawrence Group. Approximate retail value: $500. Travel must occur on July 8, 2025 or prize is forfeited. No cash or alternative prize will be provided. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Judging Criteria & Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected on June 21, 2025 by a panel appointed by the Sponsor. Judging will be based on: Creativity (40%), Visual Appeal (30%), and Originality (30%). All decisions of the judges and Sponsor are final. Winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram direct message and through public post.

6. Winner Notification & Requirements:
Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize and provide proof of eligibility (valid Minnesota REAL ID or passport). If a winner fails to respond or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. All winners must sign a liability waiver and a media release form prior to travel.

7. Eligibility Exclusions:
Real estate agents, employees or affiliates of mortgage companies, title companies, appraisal services, or any subcontractors or affiliates of these companies are ineligible to participate. 

8. Media Release and Publicity:
By participating, all winners agree to allow the Busch Lawrence Group to use their name, likeness, voice, submitted entry photo, and any photos or videos taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Liability Waiver:
Winners assume all risks associated with travel and participation in the contest activities. Winners agree to release and hold harmless The Busch Lawrence Group, Edge Home Finance, their employees, officers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation or travel related to the contest.

10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Mediation of any disputes will be conducted in Minnesota by a neutral mediator selected by the Sponsor. All participants agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in Minnesota courts.

11. Right to Modify or Cancel:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is inappropriate or non-compliant, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of technical failures, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be posted on Facebook and Instagram.

12. Platform Disclosure:
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram. Participants must comply with the respective terms of service.

13. Regulatory Compliance:
This contest is not a lottery under Minn. Stat. § 609.75, https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.75as it is skill-based and no purchase or consideration is required to enter. The Busch Lawrence Group complies with all applicable Minnesota regulations.

Photo/Media Waiver and Release Agreement

I, the undersigned winner of "Brent and Steve’s Day Off" hereby grant The Busch Lawrence Group LLC and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken of me during the contest trip or submitted as part of my entry. This includes use for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes in any format and on any platform.

I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these materials and waive any rights of inspection or approval.

I further release The Busch Lawrence Group LLC and its agents from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the use of such content.
